The hotel was modern, and I appreciated excellent staff and top quality room. The location in a peaceful area was great and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. Had a quite comfortable stay here.

Convenient location as it was close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Lovely place -- we'd be happy to stay again! I enjoyed most the lovely, helpful staff; clean, attractive surroundings; and the kichenette, which is super for a family on a budget. The windows open, so we enjoyed fresh air, and it's just next to the Fair Price grocery! The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are good, as is the sauna. From Toulouse Blagnac airport, I learned to take the local service exit, follow the signs for Cornebarrieu, then follow the signs to the hospital, and on passing the hospital, i'd see the hotel ahead on the left. It became a comfortable, short, stress-free drive. It was a lovely stay.

Nice pool but handy to the airport. Had two bedroom suite that sleeps 6 so can get the whole family in one room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find!

This place is really clean with awesome rooms. the breakfast options are super nice 🥐. You can park for free right here. It’s close to a supermarket, and the area is very peaceful.

fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was favourable just next door to a shop and really nice pizza place as well as local centre. the property's staff were helpful all the time. the breakfast was incredibly nice and the parking was on-site. i thoroughly enjoyed it, recommendable.

Brand new hotel, spotless.

A new building. Very smart and clean. Plenty of parking. New supermarket next door. Very close to the Clinique de Cedres. The internet connection is good, and there is a flat screen tv, but no information on which programmes are available. The kitchen is well equiped.

There's a new building going up in front of the hotel. The area is unfinished, and very difficult to walk around. I stayed in a studio meant for two. It was badly designed & totally impractical, although it looked good. There is a tiny kitchen area, but no worktops at all. The table was the other side of the room. The storage cupboards for kitchen equipment were so high up that one would have to stand on a chair to get the china and cutlery out. I had to use the bed to put things on!There were two hard chairs, but no armchair. There is no storage for personal possessions apart from a hanging cupboard - no drawers. I would say that it's only suitable for an overnight stay, and would recommend anyone wanting to stay there to book at at least a three person suite.

I could come and go as required.It was good to be able to self cater as the reason for staying was that my wife had an operation in the clinic opposite the appartments so it was really convenient

There was no English lanquage programmes on the TV selection.There was not WIFI in the room but there was an area in the lounge downstairs to use.

The hotel was excellent but the service from Booked.net was terrible. This was the second time that Booked.net had failed to notify an hotel of our stay. As a consequence the hotel had to bend over backwards to accomodate us as a family. So, hotel = excellent. Booked.net = poor.

This hotel was a perfect choice for attending my business appointment as it provided easy access to both Toulouse city centre and the main business areas. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or workspace. It would have been convenient to have a designated area with amenities like printers and meeting rooms to conduct my work efficiently.
